A new account was created for me although I already have a ParkingCrew account

Although you are an existing ParkingCrew user, a new account may have been created for you if e.g, we were not able to match account records. In this case, we recommend that you move any names listed in your new account into your existing ParkingCrew account. The ownership review procedure will be dealt with as quickly as possible however we advise large portfolio owners to contact us directly so that we can help expedite this process.
